Meet Our Founder
Talk n Share was founded by Dr. Sangeeta Gupta, a licensed psychologist and certified parenting coach with over 8 years of hands-on experience in mental health care. Registered with MSME under the Government of India, Dr. Sangeeta combines clinical expertise with deep empathy, offering personalised care to individuals and families alike.
She holds a Ph.D. from Meerut University and post-graduate diplomas in Rehabilitation Psychology and Guidance & Counselling. She has completed certifications and online internships from prestigious institutes, including the Albert Ellis Institute (USA) and the Beck Institute (USA).
She believes in evidence-based techniques like CBT, RECBT, Transactional Analysis, and MBCT. She utilises such methods to build clarity, confidence, and emotional resilience. Notably, Dr. Sangeeta is also a registered member of the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI). She is evidently committed to providing compassionate and professional care.
Her vision for Talk n Share was simple. She wanted to create a professional and empathetic space where individuals can feel heard and respected. Dr. Sangeeta tailors each session to the unique journey of her clients, ensuring they feel valued and heard.
