Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Cancellations

We truly value the time and space reserved for each session. Once booked, your appointment is held exclusively for you. Users are requested to inform at least 24 hours in advance for any cancellation or rescheduling.

1.1 Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the session are eligible for:

  • Rescheduling (up to 2 times and within 2 weeks of the original booking date), or
  • A refund (with a small administrative deduction).

1.2 Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are not eligible for a full refund. In such cases, we may offer:

  • A one-time rescheduling (subject to availability), or
  • A 50% refund.

1.3 If a session is missed without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

2. Rescheduling Limit

  • Users are allowed to reschedule a booking up to 2 times.
  • After 2 reschedules, the advance amount will be non-refundable, and the session will not be eligible for further rescheduling.

2.1 Validity of Rescheduled Sessions

  • Rescheduled sessions must be used within 2 weeks of the original booking date.

3. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Any delay caused by banks or payment providers is beyond our control.

4. Cancellation by Talk n Share

4.1 In rare cases where a session needs to be cancelled or rescheduled from our end, users will be informed in advance. In such situations, users will be offered:

  • A full refund, or
  • The option to reschedule without any penalty.

5.1 Users can request cancellations or rescheduling by contacting us in advance.
